HPLC columns from Imtakt

Imtakt‘s headquarters are located in Kyoto, northeast of Osaka, Japan. The company was established more than 15 years ago by Mr. Yazawa Itaru and the Noriuchi family.

The company develops and manufactures HPLC columns with a wide variety of unique stationary phases, particularly for the determination of amino acids in complex matrices. On the one hand, these columns are used in various fields such as LC-MS, pharmacology and cosmetics, proteins, vitamins, steroids, agri-food and the environment, as well as for saccharides, oligo- and polysaccharides. Furthermore, the grafts developed by Imtakt are exceptionally stable over time. Available sizes range from 0.75 to 28mm internal diameter and from 10 to 500mm length. The particle size is 2, 3 or 5 µm.

To help users, Yazawa Itaru has developed a number of tools including the Sample Concentration Calculator. You can find the full list of tools available at the following link:

Finally, the documentation below describes all the stationary phases developed by Imtakt: Scherzo, Intrada, Cadenza, Presto, Unison and Dacapo.
